Joe Vittoria is the founder and CEO of Vittoria and Partners LLP, a regulatory hosting provider launched in July 2022. Previously, he served as the CEO and founder of the Mirabella Group. Mirabella started hosting managers in 2001 and was one of the earliest participants in the UK regulatory hosting industry. Vittoria developed Mirabella into the recognized leader and largest (by AuM) regulatory hosting provider in the UK. Mirabella was responsible for the regulated activity of over 250 people working across its 70+ clients, which in total amounted to over $19 billion in assets under management. The investment strategies Mirabella hosted ranged from private equity and real estate to complex credit and derivative processes, with the majority in long/short equity.

Apart from his experience in regulatory hosting, Vittoria has acted as the COO for other investment management firms that employed quant, debt, and credit strategies. He joined the alternative investment management industry in 1998. Prior to that, Vittoria worked at Salomon Brothers from 1985 until 1998, primarily focusing on the marketing of quantitative products that utilized ARCH modelling and were developed in conjunction with Professor Robert Engle. Engle won the 2003 Nobel Prize for Economics for this work. Vittoria graduated from Yale in 1985 with a BA in economics. He has served as president of the Yale Club of London for 24 years and before that as an Alumni Schools Committee volunteer.
