Office Manager, Major Gifts, Development
Reporting to the director of major gifts, the office manager directly supervises members of the administrative support team and serves as a member of the Major Gifts management team along with the deputy directors and the supervisor of the program coordinator team.
Associate Analyst, Analytics and Data Services
Reporting to the director, Analytics and Data Services, and with a high degree of independence, support Alumni Affairs and Development through complex reporting and analysis of fundraising results and alumni activities, utilizing database systems and other analytical tools. Develop, design and produce standard and ad hoc reports based on data extracted from primary databases to support fundraising programs and alumni activities, including reconciliation of financial data and results.
Program Coordinator, Communications, Development
Reporting to the associate director, communications special projects, the program coordinator provides high-level administrative and project management support to the members of the communications team within the Office of Development’s Marketing & Communications unit.
Associate Program Coordinator, Corporate and Foundation Relations
Reporting to the operations and stewardship manager, support the efforts of Yale University’s Office of Development, Corporate and Foundation Relations through high-level reporting and analysis of fundraising results and revenue tracking, using custom databases and other information management tools.
Associate Director, Engagement and Campaign Initiatives
Reporting to the senior director for engagement and campaign initiatives and exercising a high degree of independence, the associate director for engagement and campaign initiatives serves as a key member of the campaign initiatives team, developing and leading project plans that advance the university’s campaign fundraising goals and overall department priorities.
Program Coordinator, School/Center Development
As part of a team, the program coordinator provides high-level support to and collaborates with development directors for the Faculty of Arts & Sciences, the Graduate School, School of Engineering & Applied Science, and, as needed, the Assistant vice president of development for Schools and Units. Key responsibilities include: prospect and initiative research, data analysis and data management, administrative tasks, project coordination for the development team and the respective deans’ offices, and related tasks.
Development Director, Strategic Initiatives, School of Medicine
The director for strategic initiatives develops an effective fundraising program in alignment with the strategic priorities outlined by the dean of the School of Medicine. The director builds and advances relationships with donors including but not limited to alumni, non-alumni, and friends of the school and university, and grateful patients and their families, with an ultimate goal to secure gifts in support strategic initiatives of individual departments as well as to advance the strategic goals of the Yale School of Medicine (YSM).
Program Manager, Donor Relations, School of Medicine
Acting with independent judgment and autonomy and employing industry best practices, the project manager will strengthen Yale School of Medicine’s relationship with its generous donors and their families by working with the donor relations team to execute the YSM donor relations program.
Senior Director for Development, Corporate and Foundation Relations, School of Medicine
Co-reporting to the associate vice president for development and director of university corporate and foundation relations and associate vice president, development and alumni affairs, Yale School of Medicine (YSM), the senior director for development will lead the Corporate and Foundation Relations team consisting of four development professionals.
Major Gifts Officer
Yale University seeks an experienced and successful major gift officer to join the university’s alumni affairs and development division. As a member of the university’s Major Gifts team, the major gift officer solicits prospective donors to Yale University for gifts of $250,000 to $10 million+ and plays a central role collaborating with university leadership, faculty, development senior leadership, campaign volunteers, and colleagues throughout alumni affairs and development.

Annual Giving Officer, Law School Fund
Reporting to the deputy director of Annual Giving, the annual giving officer assists with the planning, execution, and evaluation of annual fundraising campaigns, with primary responsibility for managing successful fundraising efforts with alumni in reunion classes. Serves as the project leader for reunion class campaigns, works collaboratively with YLS field officers to recruit reunion gift committee volunteers and to generate leadership unrestricted gifts from the top prospects in each reunion class.
Corporate Strategy Officer, Corporate & Foundation Relations
The corporate strategy officer is a partner in the Corporate Strategy & Engagement team, established in 2019, as the team works to distinguish Yale as a leading institution for corporate collaborations. Reporting to the university director for Corporate Strategy & Engagement, the successful candidate will manage and lead a portfolio of corporate prospects with the intent of building mutually beneficial relationships with Yale and exploring potential collaboration and financial support for the university.
