Assistant Director of Finance
Reporting to and under the general direction of the Director of Finance, and with considerable latitude for exercising discretion and independent judgment, the Assistant Director of Finance provides comprehensive, high-level analytical, and financial support for the Yale Office of Development. This role ensures adherence to university policies and procedures while delivering high-quality financial activities and ad-hoc reporting.
Assistant/Associate Director, Yale Alumni Fund
The Yale Alumni Fund seeks an Assistant/Associate Director to elevate fundraising and volunteer management efforts. Yale’s annual fund programs, which include Yale College, Yale Parents, and Graduate School and Professional Schools, raise unrestricted funds to support the university’s core needs, from financial aid and enriching student life, to teaching and research. As an Assistant/Associate Director, you will work as a frontline fundraiser in the Yale annual giving team regularly connecting with prospective donors and volunteers through individual visits, phone, and email to solicit gifts to the university.

Information Processor 3, Gift and Records Services
As a member of the Gift and Records Services team, the Information Processor plays a crucial role in ensuring that the Office of Development is processing revenue and providing related services to our constituents in a timely and accurate manner. This position creates and updates a variety of information on Yale University’s fundraising and constituent relationship management (CRM) database for alumni, donors and other constituents.
Principal Gift Officer
Yale University seeks an experienced principal gift officer to join the university’s Alumni Affairs & Development division. Reporting to the university director, principal gifts and collaborating with partners across Yale, the principal gift officer is responsible for building relationships with and securing gifts from the university’s highest-level prospects, capable of making gifts of $10 million or more. The principal gift officer is a senior fundraiser in the Office of Development, expected to work in close coordination with the vice president for alumni affairs & development, president, provost, deans, and other academic and administrative partners to maximize donor support for priorities across the university.
Program Coordinator, Cancer Fundraising, YSM
Working with considerable independence and exercising discretion in establishing priorities, the Program Coordinator provides high-level data management, research/writing, and administrative support to the Cancer Fundraising team. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Cancer Fundraising, the Program Coordinator is responsible for a range of activities including briefings, donor engagement, cultivation, and stewardship, complex calendar management, and coordination of mail, email outreach, and engagement activities to ensure their timely and successful execution.
Program Coordinator, Reunion Giving
Working with considerable independence and exercising discretion in establishing priorities, the Development Program Coordinator provides data management, research, administrative, and communications support for the Director of Yale College Reunion Giving and other members of the Reunion Giving team. Reporting to the Reunion Giving Program Manager, the Development Coordinator is responsible for a range of activities that include: assisting with the development of solicitation/cultivation strategies for Reunion Gift Committee members; overseeing the preparation and production of communications including mail solicitations, emails, volunteer training materials, and event invitations; and event invitations, and coordinating special events to ensure their timely and successful execution.
