Associate Director, High Net Worth, Prospect Development
The Associate Director, High Net Worth serves as a subject matter expert in high net worth research and a senior strategist and campus liaison in the development of prospect identification and research strategies for high net worth prospects and VIP donors in conjunction with campus-wide fund-raising initiatives.
Associate Director of Development, Cancer Fundraising
The Associate Director of Development, Cancer Fundraising, will work closely with the Assistant Vice President, and will build and manage relationships with faculty, grateful patients, grateful patient families, alumni, non-alumni, and friends of the School and University with a goal to secure gifts in support of Yale Cancer Center/Smilow Cancer Hospital. A creative and energetic fundraiser, the Associate Director will bring a high level of sophistication and professional expertise to the team.
Development Coordinator 2, Principal Gifts
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator (PC) provides advanced support and analysis for the University Director of Principal Gifts and the team of Principal Gifts officers in all aspects of their work. Principal Gifts is responsible for substantial and transformative donations made to the university. As a key part of this important work, the PC position provides a fascinating window into the inner workings of major initiatives and upper levels of administration at Yale.
Director of Data Services & Analytics, Law School
The Director of Data Services & Analytics is a member of the Alumni Engagement and Development (AED) team, responsible for overseeing and providing in-depth data analytics, ad hoc revenue and constituent reporting, data downloads, complex query selections, and interactive revenue and constituent data visualizations, and providing the business expertise for reporting methods, revenue data, and coding structures in Yale University’s Blackbaud content management system of record (Hopper). The Director serves as a key resource for data integrity and data integration projects and assists in the development of processes for and maintenance of constituent data in Hopper.
Director of Development, Law School
Reporting to the Associate Dean for Alumni Engagement and Development, the Director of Development will manage their own portfolio of major gift prospects and donors, and devise — in close collaboration with the Associate Dean, other Directors of Development, the Prospect Management and Research Team, and other School and University colleagues — strategic fundraising plans to secure gifts for high priority fundraising initiatives.

Plans and executes successful top-quality donor and prospect cultivation and recognition events that enhance the relationship between Yale School of Medicine and its prominent alumni, donors, and friends around the world.
Executive Director of Advancement Services, Law School
The Executive Director of Advancement Services is a senior member of the Alumni Engagement and Development (AED) team, responsible for the office’s operational infrastructure in support of fundraising success and meaningful constituent engagement. This position reports to the Associate Dean for Alumni Engagement and Development. The Executive Director manages a wide variety of administrative and executive responsibilities, working with both key internal and external stakeholders.
High Net Worth Research Analyst, Prospect Development
Reporting to the Associate Director, High Net Worth, the High Net Worth (HNW) Research Analyst is a key member of the Prospect Development team in the Yale Office of Development. The HNW Research Analyst plays a critical role in supporting fundraising efforts by conducting in-depth research on high-net-worth prospects.
Leadership Giving Officer
Yale University seeks a driven and successful fundraiser to join the division of Alumni Affairs and Development. As a member of the Office of Development Leadership Giving team, the Leadership Giving Officer solicits prospective donors to Yale University for gifts of $10,000 to $250,000 and plays a central role in collaborating with colleagues in Major Gifts, the Alumni Fund, Reunion Giving, and Planned Giving to ensure prospects are solicited comprehensively.
Major Gift Officer
Yale University seeks an experienced and successful Major Gift Officer to join the University’s Alumni Affairs & Development division covering Texas and other Midwest regions. As a member of the University’s Major Gifts Team, the Major Gift Officer solicits prospective donors to Yale University for gifts of $250,000 to $10 million+ and plays a central role collaborating with university leadership, faculty, development senior leadership, campaign volunteers, and colleagues throughout Alumni Affairs & Development.
Principal Gift Officer
Yale University seeks an experienced principal gift officer to join the university’s Alumni Affairs & Development division. Reporting to the university director, principal gifts and collaborating with partners across Yale, the principal gift officer is responsible for building relationships with and securing gifts from the university’s highest-level prospects, capable of making gifts of $10 million or more. The principal gift officer is a senior fundraiser in the Office of Development, expected to work in close coordination with the vice president for alumni affairs & development, president, provost, deans, and other academic and administrative partners to maximize donor support for priorities across the university.
Program Coordinator, Annual Giving
Working with considerable independence and exercising discretion in establishing priorities, provide high-level administrative and fundraising support to the Deputy Director of the Yale College Alumni Fund and other members of the Alumni Fund team.
Program Coordinator, Office of the Vice President
Reporting to both the Associate Director, Development Initiatives and Internal Communications, and the Senior Director, Engagement and Campaign Initiatives, in the Yale Office of Development, the Program Coordinator (PC) provides a wide range of high-level support to the Associate Vice President (AVP) for Development and the Engagement & Campaign Initiatives team, including support for donor and volunteer engagement, special events and high-level projects, writing and editing, administrative tasks, and other related responsibilities.
Program Coordinator, Planned Giving
Reporting to the Program Manager, Planned Giving and working with considerable independence and discretion in establishing priorities, the Planned Giving Program Coordinator provides a high level of administrative, data base and fundraising support to the planned giving team to achieve the unit’s common goals and priorities. In collaboration with frontline fundraisers and other colleagues, the program coordinator participates in and supports the identification, solicitation, and cultivation of alumni and friends capable of making planned gifts to the university.
Prospect Management Analyst, Prospect Development
The Prospect Management Analyst is a key member of the Prospect Development team in the Yale Office of Development, providing critical support for fundraising initiatives and the university’s For Humanity capital campaign. Prospect Management provides governance and best practice recommendations for portfolio management and moves management processes across Yale’s diverse fundraising units.
Senior Administrative Assistant, Vice President’s Office
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Vice President, the Senior Administrative Assistant in the Office of the Vice President for Alumni Affairs & Development provides a comprehensive range of high level administrative and secretarial support to the Vice President, Associate Vice President, and other members of the Vice President’s team. The Senior Administrative Assistant is a key and valued member of the team and is involved in a wide range of activities that routinely require collaboration, attention to detail, and effective communication and often require discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
