Assistant/Associate Director, Leadership Giving
Yale University seeks a driven and successful fundraiser to join the division of Alumni Affairs and Development. As a member of the Office of Development Leadership Giving team, the Leadership Giving Officer solicits prospective donors to Yale University for gifts of $50,000 to $500,000 and plays a central role in collaborating with colleagues in Major Gifts, the Alumni Fund, Reunion Giving, and Planned Giving to ensure prospects are solicited comprehensively. The Leadership Giving Officer carries their own portfolio of individual prospects within specific geographic regions and also functions in a discovery role.
Assistant/Associate Director, Yale Alumni Fund
The Yale Alumni Fund seeks an Assistant/Associate Director to elevate fundraising and volunteer management efforts. Yale’s annual fund programs, which include Yale College, Yale parents, and graduate school and professional schools, raise unrestricted funds to support the university’s core needs, from financial aid and enriching student life, to teaching and research. As an Assistant/Associate Director, you will work as a frontline fundraiser in the Yale Annual Giving team regularly connecting with prospective donors and volunteers through individual visits, phone, and email to solicit gifts to the university.
Associate Analyst, Business Intelligence
Reporting to the Associate Director, Business Intelligence, support the business intelligence efforts of Alumni Affairs and Development, using data visualization tools to develop reporting and analysis of fundraising results and alumni activities. Understand and utilize relevant Alumni Affairs and Development systems, and applicable internal reporting structures and guidelines, and serve as a subject matter expert for these functions.
Associate Director, Corporate and Foundations Relations
Reporting to the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations and working in close coordination with the University Director for Corporate and Foundation Relations as well as Yale leadership and faculty, the Associate Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations helps position Yale as a leading institution for funding of its institutional priorities and academic initiatives. Wide ranging responsibilities include working with the Director to manage corporate and foundation fundraising across Yale schools and units as well as collaborating with lead development officers for the schools and units on grant-seeking from foundations and corporations.
Deputy Director, Yale Alumni Fund
As a senior leader within the Alumni Fund team, the Deputy Director offers strategic leadership and guidance to a dedicated team charged with advancing fundraising and engagement efforts throughout Yale’s annual fund programs. This position is not only a frontline fundraiser but also oversees both staff and volunteers, ensuring that projects and priorities are managed effectively to increase donor participation and provide essential support for the university’s core needs.
Program Coordinator, Information Management and Donor Services
Reporting to the Associate Director, Information Management and Donor Services Initiatives, the Program Coordinator plays a key role in the Information Management and Donor Services (IMDS) team and provides high level project and administrative support for the Senior Director and other senior staff members while collaborating with various other IMDS teammates. In support of the university’s fundraising and constituent engagement efforts within the division of Alumni Affairs & Development, the IMDS unit is comprised of three data- and customer service-driven teams: Advancement Systems, Analytics and Data Services, and Gift and Records Services.
Prospect Management Analyst, YSM
The Prospect Management Analyst is a key member of the School of Medicine Office of Development and Alumni Affairs, providing critical support for fundraising initiatives and the university’s For Humanity capital campaign. Prospect Management provides governance and best practice recommendations for portfolio management and moves management processes across the school’s fundraising teams.
Senior Director, Strategic Advancement Communications, YLS
The Senior Director of Strategic Advancement Communications is a member of Yale Law School’s Alumni Engagement and Development (AED) team and oversees all communications in support of alumni engagement, volunteer engagement, donor engagement, recognition, and fundraising. The Senior Director will plan and execute communication strategies and produce messaging and materials that accelerate engagement and giving using print, digital, and social platforms.
