Associate Director, Development Communications

Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Associate Director, Development Communications, supports and enhances Yale University’s fundraising efforts by overseeing a team responsible for research, preparation, and production of a wide range of high-level print and digital publications including: case statements and other fundraising communications; magazines; brochures, booklets, special stewardship publications, newsletters, direct mail/email, and news articles; scripting and production of video  and web content; individual and templated gift proposals; and special projects as assigned.

Gift Officer, Corporate & Foundation Relations, YSM

Reporting to the Yale School of Medicine (YSM) Director of Corporate & Foundation (C&F) Relations and working in close collaboration with university leadership, faculty and other colleagues, the YSM C&F Gift Officer is charged with helping to secure foundation and corporate support in the form of research and programmatic gifts and grants for the priorities of YSM and its associated institutes, centers, and units.

Program Coordinator, Information Management and Donor Services

Reporting to the Associate Director, Information Management and Donor Services Initiatives, the Program Coordinator plays a key role in the Information Management and Donor Services (IMDS) team and provides high level project and administrative support for the Senior Director and other senior staff members while collaborating with various other IMDS teammates. In support of the university’s fundraising and constituent engagement efforts within the division of Alumni Affairs & Development, the IMDS unit is comprised of three data- and customer service-driven teams: Advancement Systems, Analytics and Data Services, and Gift and Records Services.

Prospect Management Analyst, YSM

The Prospect Management Analyst is a key member of the School of Medicine Office of Development and Alumni Affairs, providing critical support for fundraising initiatives and the university’s For Humanity capital campaign. Prospect Management provides governance and best practice recommendations for portfolio management and moves management processes across the school’s fundraising teams.

Reunion Giving Officer

Reporting to the Director of Reunion Giving, the Reunion Giving Officer solicits gifts from Yale College alumni during their quinquennial reunions and manages alumni volunteers for several assigned reunion classes. Operating in a comprehensive, university-wide fundraising environment, the Reunion Giving Officer achieves annual fundraising goals tied to specific reunion classes and ensures the overall success of their assigned classes in a multitude of impactful ways.
