For Humanity Illuminated

The series continues in Anaheim with President Maurie McInnis.

About the Program

On March 11, members of the Yale community gathered in Anaheim, CA, to hear about the impact of giving and community building across the four priority areas of the For Humanity campaign, now in its fourth year:

  • Arts and Humanities for Insight
  • Science for Breakthroughs
  • Collaborating for Impact
  • Leaders for a Better World

Yale President Maurie McInnis ’96 PhD spoke with guests, shared her vision for the university, and helped to introduce some of the people, programs, and ideas having a positive impact around the world. Attendees heard from a recent Yale College alumnus and faculty members representing African American and film and media studies, economics, and ecology and evolutionary biology; and university trustee Carlos Moreno ’70.
