This giving included more than $1.32 billion for Be the Key, creating scholarships and fellowships in Yale College, the Graduate School, and the professional schools. Giving to Be the Key and other student-centered initiatives has made Yale more affordable and accessible, ensuring that people from all backgrounds have the resources they need to study here and to thrive.

Expanding Yale College Mental Health Resources
More than just financial aid, support for Yale College students takes many forms—including access to mental health resources. Established in 2021, the Yale College Community Care (YC3) program is a mental health and wellness initiative embedded in the residential college system and aimed at removing barriers to receiving treatment.
